Well, after painting my 'lemons' and taking a little time off during the holidays, I couldn't wait to get back to painting what I love the most.....underwater in Hawaii!!  Actually, I love painting anything in/from Hawaii!!  This guy was larger than the baby one I had painted earlier and was just a magnificent specimen  of these wonderful creatures.  Isn't it amazing to look at something like this and realize that it is, indeed, prehistoric?  What a treat to experience firsthand.
